Coastal Family Resort: Heated Private Pool, Game Room, Luxe interiors near beach

Great stay, very clean with lots of amenities. Host was responsive and even allowed late checkout so our trip ended with less stress.

We were frustrated upon arrival to this property, as the description states the home has 4 full bathrooms, which is what we paid for and what we expected to have access to upon arrival. After we checked in, we contacted the host because we could only find two bathrooms in the home. We were then, and only then, made aware that the third bathroom was located outside and the fourth bathroom was unavailable. It is important to note the outside bathroom is not air conditioned and unventilated. After asking about being compensated for the inconvenience and inaccuracy of the description, the host rudely responded as follows:"We truly regret your frustrations and are very sorry for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. We want to clarify that the house has 3 fully available and functional bathrooms, which we believe is more than sufficient for the 6 guests in your reservation. The 4th bathroom, located in the game room, is temporarily closed for safety reasons while we complete remodeling work in that area. However, this does not affect the comfort or enjoyment of the property in any way. The home is in perfect condition and designed so families can have a comfortable and memorable experience during their stay. Based on your messages, it seems that you may be focusing more on finding issues in order to request a refund rather than enjoying your time with your family."We expected them to be more accommodating and found this to be very unprofessional.

Everything was so clean and organized. We ran out of propane on the grill and the host had one at our door in 5 minutes without exaggerating !! Very quick to respond to all of our needs. The check in process very quick and easy, the property was very private and secure, a comfortable stay overall, it’s a very spacious house everything was amazing but the kitchen was my overall favorite place it had everything I needed to prepare meals for my family. Overall I would definitely recommend to stay here! I will be back with my family for sure
